Panache Fire Services Ltd has been an EMCOR Facilities Services subcontractor since 2004 and a preferred supplier since 2005. The company has worked with us and provided advice, products and services on a number of areas. It includes fire detection, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, hose reels, sprinkler systems, wet and dry risers, gas suppression, risk assessments and training.Panache’s flexibility to cover all areas of fire systems and their ability to find a solution to any problem makes them an ideal fit for our business. Within the procurement department we receive excellent feedback regarding their engineer’s workmanship, conduct on site, their support services structure and the account management.Our account is managed in a proactive way and our sites feel that the service continues all year round and not just during the PPM site visits. Members of the Panache team regularly contact our site managers to make sure that they are happy with the service and see if there is anything they can assist with. All of this has lead to Panache currently having an operational review score of 93% which is considered excellent by EMCOR.
