Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fire Door Installer to join our team at PFS Network Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire doors to ensure they meet safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install fire doors according to BM TRADA standards, industry guidelines, and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of fire doors to ensure compliance and functionality.
- Identify and repair any defects or issues with fire doors to maintain safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Accurately record installation and maintenance activities on company software.
- Provide excellent client care in all interactions, maintaining professional and courteous communication.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for fire door installation and maintenance.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fire door installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of BM TRADA standards, fire safety regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites and work flexible hours when required.
- Clean driving license.
